Parking is available for 2 cars. Welcome to your Sunriver getaway! Nestled among the pines in the heart of Sunriver, this retreat is the perfect home base for your Central Oregon adventure. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups looking to relax and explore. With cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to Sunriver’s miles of bike paths, outdoor recreation, and resort-style amenities, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This home includes access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC). To enjoy the community amenities, guests must wear lanyards provided at the home. Missing or lost lanyards will incur a replacement fee of $50 each. SHARC is a year-round recreation center offering heated indoor aquatic facilities in the fall, winter, and spring, as well as heated outdoor aquatic areas during the summer season. Guests have access to a wide variety of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a water park and water slides, a 9-hole disc golf course, a full basketball court, bocce ball court, tennis and pickleball courts, youth rock climbing wall, playground and picnic pavilion, and Deschutes River boat launch. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. Nearby attractions include the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory, Lava River Cave, Lava Butte and Lava Lands Visitor Center, Benham Falls, and Crosswater Club Golf Course. For dining, enjoy Hot Lava Bakery, The Fold Kitchen, Lodge Kitchen at Sunriver Resort, Blondie’s Pizza, and Village Bar and Grill. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Parking in the driveway is available for 2 cars max. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
