A smartphone is mandatory to download and use the building's access app for entry, and failure to do so will result in cancellation. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Please display your parking permit at all times, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300 per building policy.
