Escape to this cozy and inviting third-floor retreat in Tampa Palms and feel at home! This spacious apartment features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The open living space is perfect for gathering with family or friends. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area make sharing meals easy and enjoyable. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals or snacks. All four bedrooms feature queen-size beds and each has its own private full bathroom. Step out onto the small patio off the living room, which offers seating for two and a place to enjoy some fresh air. Additional amenities include a free washer and dryer. Take advantage of the clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, swimming pool, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and outdoor grilling area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances and breeds. Tampa Palms offers a peaceful suburban atmosphere with a touch of urban convenience. Located just 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa, this well-kept community features tree-lined streets alongside a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses. The apartment is conveniently situated near major highways, including I-275 and I-75, making commuting simple and stress-free. You’ll be close to shopping, dining, and local attractions such as Violet Cury Preserve, while the excitement of downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Nearby points of interest include the University of South Florida (5 minutes), the Museum of Science & Industry (8 minutes), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes), and Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes). For shopping and entertainment, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
