Feel at home in this charming treetop cottage, located in the heart of the leafy historic district. This eclectic and modern designed cottage features bright sun-filled living. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a generous king-size bedroom, and a sparkling bathroom. The living area includes a plush chaise lounge and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix access. The bright, open kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, an oven and stovetop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The calming bedroom offers a luxuriously large king memory foam bed topped with soft, quality linen and bedding, along with an additional Smart TV. The bathroom includes a relaxing bath and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft, fluffy towels. A free parking space for one car is included with your stay. A complimentary welcome coffee voucher for each guest is available at the cafe. Explore everything this beautiful area has to offer on foot, with restaurants and attractions all just a short stroll away. The apartment is just blocks from downtown and all the popular attractions, with the Old Town Trolley Stop right out front. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and offers flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is just 3 blocks from Castillo de San Marcos, 3 blocks from St. George Street, and a 5-minute walk to the bayfront. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
