The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home, and the property is pet-friendly for one dog. The property layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy living room with seating and a smart TV, an open kitchen fully stocked for in-home meals, dining or workspace seating for two, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer. The second floor features another bedroom with a queen bed, seating for two, and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Outdoors, enjoy seating for two under string lights, perfect for relaxing with an afternoon cocktail. Parking is available for two compact cars in the driveway. If you are traveling with a large vehicle, only one may fit without extending into the narrow street. Street parking is not available directly in front of the home, so guests will need to find nearby street parking or use paid public overnight parking. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 applies for accommodating one dog under 50 lbs, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of. Situated in a prime location, this home allows you to explore the historic charm of the city with ease. A short walk will take you to the vibrant downtown area and some of the finest dining options. The neighborhood offers a delightful mix of history and modernity, making it an ideal base for your adventures. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM as per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 21. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee if not pre-approved. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained. A $50 fee per pile applies if dog waste is not picked up and disposed of properly. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children should exercise caution. Checkout procedures must be followed, and any excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
