Each bedroom is furnished for your comfort. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need. Enjoy the beautiful open-plan living and dining room area, as well as the backyard patio with tables, chairs, and overhead string lighting. Enjoy gated parking for three cars, and free street parking is also available. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request, for an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. This is the ideal setting for large family gatherings, special celebrations, and weekend getaways, combining modern amenities with historic architectural details and local New Orleans charm. Famous late-night bars such as Tipitina’s, F&M’s, and Le Bon Ton are all within walking distance, as are countless restaurants and shops. The house is located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans, a 10-minute ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and close to Audubon Park, Tulane University, Mississippi River Heritage Park, The National WWII Museum, Big Easy Bach, and walking distance to famous Magazine Street with countless bars, restaurants, and music venues. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Gatherings of more than 10 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. We may use video surveillance in public areas.
