The cozy house features custom-made furniture and attention to detail you’d expect from a luxury vacation home rental. The beautiful modern living room comes with a spacious and comfortable sofa and an accent armchair that is guaranteed to brighten up even the dullest of moods. As you head into the dining and kitchen area, you’ll have plenty of room to gather around a beautiful modern wood table for a home-cooked meal or a local takeout. A huge backyard and a spacious front porch are great for evening conversations and family connections. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Pets are allowed at an additional $130 plus tax fee. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation. One pet with a 25-pound maximum limit per unit is allowed. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces and the pet owner must pick up all waste. Any violation of the policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit. Location-wise, it doesn’t get any better. Just a few blocks from the Light Rail Station, this bungalow is close to all charming hot spots, including Optimist Hall, great new breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and Cordelia Park. The property is also a short ride to Downtown Charlotte and near attractions such as the NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Billy Graham Library, BB&T Ballpark, Discovery Place, Carolinas Aviation Museum, and Hendrick Motorsports Complex. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed, and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor. The primary guest should be at least 20 years of age on the day of arrival.
