Perfect for families, this home features a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a bunk bed, offering comfort and convenience for all beach lovers and vacationers. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dine outdoors at the patio tables. Guests have full access to the washer and dryer, all bedrooms, and the inviting outdoor spaces, making it easy to relax after a day of sun or exploring Crystal Beach or Galveston. Maximum occupancy is 9 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed, and engaging in illegal activities on the property is prohibited. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay, and report any accidental damage immediately. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours, and do not move any furniture. Rinse sand under the house after visiting the beach, and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush inappropriate items down the toilet or pour grease down the drains. Lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for lost days will be provided. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. Respect the home as you would your own, and contact us if anything is unclear to avoid misunderstandings.
