Spacious Beach Cabin Retreat - WELCOME TO RANCHO CARRIBE! This Beach Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin with 2500+sq ft of comfort and luxury to enjoy. We want your visit to be a pleasurable experience. Listed are a few things about the house and the neighborhood! This beautiful cabin has it's own private swimming pool, fireplace with large open concept area, it is 100% wheelchair and handicap accessible. The house does have Dish television but at this time no wireless internet. There is a security system with cameras for outside only. Washer and dryer are onsite with full size pool table to enjoy. There is a nine hole community golf course in the subdivision so bring your golf clubs. Rancho Carribe is a very quiet and peaceful sub division, please be respectful of the neighbors. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with two king size beds, one bedroom has one queen size bed and two singles. Rancho Carribe accommodates up to eight occupants in private comfort! Please no smoking in the house. Please no pets in carpeted game room. Boats, RV’S and ATV’S are not allowed in the subdivision. There is a gas grill in the garage, please feel free to use it. Soap for washing machine, dish washer and bathrooms will be provided. The first block on either side of the subdivision, Honeysuckle or Alma, are beach access roads. To park on the beach you must have a “beach pass” available at any of the stores. If you drive down to the walk-over in the subdivision be sure to park in the public area.
