Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and failure to respect these hours may result in termination of the reservation without refund and additional fines. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with evidence of smoking resulting in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Guest verification may require signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching the ID. Additional screening may be conducted after booking, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined.
