Relax in your private backyard oasis complete with a sparkling pool, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring nearby attractions. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring a pet. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM and is subject to availability. Conveniently located, you’re just a short drive from downtown Savannah’s historic streets and vibrant dining and shopping scene, while the pristine beaches of Tybee Island are within easy reach. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours; if Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead. Maintenance staff may access the property during these times. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. The patio and pool area are surrounded by large trees, which means there are always leaves falling into the outdoor space. We do our best to keep the area clean and maintained, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the presence of leaves during your stay, it’s part of the natural setting of the property. The pool is closed from December thru the end of February. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact host prior to booking. The pool is not supervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool area can be slippery. Please avoid running or jumping to prevent accidents. Shower before entering to keep the pool clean and free from lotions, oils, and dirt. Use only plastic or non-breakable containers around the pool. Pets are not allowed in the pool water.
