Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
