Smoking is not allowed indoors; if a guest smokes indoors, the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, and cigarette butts should be thrown in the trash. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM maximum. Guests must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during their stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7:00 PM onwards. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
