Explore the nearby Eastern Market, Detroit Institute of Arts, or take a stroll through the charming historic district. The apartment is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Free parking is provided in front of the building. Access the building through the main entrances and be respectful of the home and community. Friends are welcome, but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed, so it may not be ideal for families with small children, although children are welcome at your own discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine and possible eviction for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Evidence of breaking house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please be mindful.
