This home is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and two 55-inch smart TVs with streaming apps. For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided in every room. You'll find the comfiest king-size and queen-size beds, along with complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The location could not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The Short North District is literally less than a minute walk. The Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk, and the downtown Columbus area is less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk, and Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, with easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
