Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 per night for 20+ day reservations). A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per pet per night; please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. You'll be within walking distance of Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Financial District, and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The apartment is also close to the Eaton Centre and Queen Street fashion district, with easy access to the Subway and GO station. A grocery store, liquor store, and banks are also within walking distance. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including each guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded.
