Designed with personality and comfort in mind, this three-level home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Highlights include a rooftop deck with lounge seating, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Linens, towels, and basic essentials are provided for your convenience. Situated in walkable East Nashville, you’re minutes from some of the city’s most iconic restaurants, bars, and cafes. Popular spots nearby include Southern Grist, Red Headed Stranger, Audrey, The Pharmacy, Mas Tacos, Lyra, Peninsula, Rosepepper, and Graze. On game days, you can even walk to Nissan Stadium. Downtown and Broadway are about 7 minutes away by car, and Uber or Lyft is the most convenient option, though many local restaurants and shops are walkable. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints, and a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered, and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed, and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint is allowed. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, advance notice will be provided when possible. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. Tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy, but connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay, and excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur, and while advance notice will be provided when possible, refunds for external noise from neighboring activity are not available.
