This area of Cleveland Heights is very safe and located close to restaurants, Whole Foods, takeout spots, coffee shops, Target, Walmart, Little Italy, the Coventry neighborhood (where you'll find amazing international and veggie/vegan restaurants!), the Forest Hill Park's walking trails and waterfalls, and the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater. Easy access for ordering Ubers/Lyft. The local transportation services (RTA) are located at intersection of Forest Hills and Monticello Blvd, taking you just about anywhere in the greater Cleveland area. No smoking or big parties are allowed. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. The house comes installed with a house security system. If there is less than 3" of snow, tenants are asked to use the snow shovels provided. If there is more than 3" of snow, snow removal will be taken care of. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall.
