The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the living room area with a Smart TV with Roku hookup. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. Pets are welcome and a la carte hospital amenities such as a reclining chair and shower bench are available. Located minutes from Cleveland Clinic, this home is also close to University Hospitals and other Cleveland destinations. The neighborhood is super quiet, safe, and family-friendly. Grocery stores, Starbucks, Target, the Forest Hill Playground, and the Coventry and Cedar/Lee shopping and eating districts are nearby. It's a 5-minute drive to hospitals, a 15-minute drive to Downtown, and a 25-minute drive to the airport. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. The laundry facilities are located in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. Smoking is only permitted outside the home, and all cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of; failure to do so may result in a litter fee. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, snow removal is not provided. Snow shovels are provided for tenants to use in case of snow during your stay.
