I have lived here for almost a year now and I am so happy here. I am a paraplegic and it is so hard to find an apartment to accommodate me. From day 1 everyone has been so accommodating from the first apartment view to any maintenance needed. I am so happy to renew. Thank you for giving me a safe and beautiful apartment to call home.

I've been a resident at Riverwalk Apartments for nearly five years, and overall, my experience has been good. The apartments themselves are modern, updated, and well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable—minutes from downtown Willoughby, which makes it easy to enjoy the bars and restaurants. Many of my friends have also lived here throughout the years, which adds to the community feel. Recently, my time at Riverwalk took an unexpected turn when a car accidentally crashed into our first-floor apartment from the parking lot. Coming home to find a cracked wall and severe damage was shocking and stressful but the Team at Riverwalk/Marous helped incredibly and turned my “good” experience to GREAT. At 2 a.m.(when we found the damage) Joe, the property manager, was on-site along with the local fire and police departments making sure the building was safe not only for us but for all residents. From that point forward, the Riverwalk/Marous team worked quickly to support us. Tyler communicated with us nearly every day that first week and throughout the whole process, providing constant updates and truly listening to our concerns. The entire team was empathetic, and their genuine care for how we were doing during such a stressful time made a world of difference. When we decided to transfer to a different unit due to the extent of the damage, the team was incredibly accommodating, even though we had just signed a new lease for that apartment the same day the car ran into it. They found us the exact same floor plan that was opening up in just a few weeks, and made the transition as smooth as possible. Kevin and the maintenance crew were respectful and helpful, keeping us informed and making sure we were comfortable in the meantime. Haley was instrumental in all of these processes as well, especially in getting us in a new unit as fast as possible. They went above and beyond and technically did not have to transfer us, but they did and were happy to. We are beyond grateful for their efforts. On top of all this, Riverwalk has really enhanced the resident experience over the past couple of years by hosting fun community events. From a solar eclipse watch party and Cleveland Indians opener event to a summer pool party with drinks and food, the new resident gatherings have been an amazing addition. They even bring in live bands and food trucks during the summer. These events make living in a luxury complex feel even more worth it! If you’re looking for a clean, safe, updated, fun, and friendly place to live in Lake County, I highly recommend Riverwalk Apartments.
