This home features a sunroom office overlooking the front yard and a large formal dining/living room. The open living and dining room are designed for relaxing and entertaining, featuring a mounted Smart TV in the living room with a ROKU hookup. The dining room area seats four people and connects to the kitchen. All appliances, including a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, and oven, are provided, along with basic cookware, dishware, and cutlery. Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are located in the basement, accessible by stairs. This home is pet-friendly. Street parking is free during the day, but you will need to move your vehicle into the driveway before 9:00 p.m. This home is conveniently located off Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights, on a somewhat busy street with more traffic in the morning and evening due to nearby schools. You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Case Western Reserve University, and the Cleveland Clinic. Downtown Cleveland is a 12-minute drive away. The house is within walking distance of Mayfield Road, which is an easy spot for catching public transportation. You should also have no problem getting an Uber or Lyft. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Be mindful of noise levels and no big parties. Please clean up after pets outside and inside. Includes a sunroom office. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, snow removal is not provided. Snow shovels are provided for tenants to use in case of snow during your stay. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows at this time.
