If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. A one-strike policy is enforced for any violation of core rules, resulting in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. The apartment is remote work-friendly with fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), a dedicated work station featuring a standing desk, and a 55” Smart 4K TV with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max (login required). Self check-in is facilitated through a keyless smart lock for a seamless arrival.
