Adult dogs only, must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. A $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing of personal items left behind at the property. No commercial photography is allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and guests must clean up all pet waste. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and if signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
