Welcome to your Austin retreat! Feel at home in this bright 5-bedroom home nestled in the historic Clarksville neighborhood. This home offers a blend of modern and traditional features. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with dining for eight, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The game room includes a bar, pool table, and ping pong table. Each of the five spacious bedrooms features luxury linens. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an elegant bathroom with a soaker tub, separate shower, and two sinks. Bedroom 2 is a bunk room with two twin-sized bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and connects to a shared en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two queen-sized beds and connects to a shared en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 5 has two twin-sized beds and a private en-suite full bathroom. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Adult dogs only, must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the pet rules are not followed. Located in the heart of Clarksville, you'll be within walking distance of some of Austin's most beloved spots, enjoying the laid-back vibe of a small-town neighborhood within downtown Austin. Stroll down tree-lined streets filled with historic bungalows and lush gardens. Downtown Austin is just a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away, offering access to even more attractions, dining, and cultural landmarks. Clarksville is renowned for its culinary gems, including Little Swedish Hill, Josephine House, and Clark’s Oyster Bar. Discover unique, local boutiques like Hemline and Wildflower Organics, and art galleries like Wally Workman Gallery. Pease Park is a 10-minute walk away, and Zilker Park is a 20-minute walk away. Lady Bird Lake is also nearby. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography is allowed. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. There are no Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including couches, chairs, and beds. Guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. If personal items are left behind at the property, a $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing.
