Located north of Dynamite, between Scottsdale Rd. and Cave Creek, this home is a quick drive to North Scottsdale, north to Cave Creek, or south to Desert Ridge and City North of North-East Phoenix. Please note there is 1/4 mile of gravel road to get to the driveway of the home. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
