The large, comfy living area accommodates the whole family, with plenty of seating for movie nights or board games. Enjoy access to the community pool, clubhouse lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is a short drive from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The University of South Florida is a 5‑minute drive, MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry) is 8 minutes away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes away, Takomah Trail Park is a 10‑minute drive, and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
