Each of the four bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, and every bedroom has its own full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests. A small patio offers outdoor seating for two, and a BBQ grill is available within the community. Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, and walking and biking trails. Pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet (max 2 pets, 50lbs each, breed restrictions apply). Free parking is available on the premises. Situated in Lutz, Florida, the property is a short drive from local attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks and trails. Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, offers suburban residential streets with a bit of urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. University Mall and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are also nearby. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A late check-out fee of up to $300 may be incurred if guests stay beyond the scheduled 10 AM check-out time. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200.
