This cozy space features a relaxing couch and a comfortable queen bed. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals, including a large air-fryer with three levels and individual heating times, a hot plate, all utensils, a coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials to get you started. Ask about our add-ons, including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, EV charging, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. EV charging is free for overnight from 11 pm to 7 am, while peak hours from 7 am to 11 pm will incur the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Public transportation is within a few blocks, but a car is recommended for convenience. Enjoy the spacious backyard, outdoor dining, and fruit trees, offering a serene outdoor experience. Owners live in the main house and are available anytime. You have access to your private studio, shared driveway, EV charger, backyard, fruit trees, and outdoor dining. Laundry is located in the bathroom, and owners need to use it once a week, but can work it out with your schedule. The property is equipped with 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras and a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels, temperature, and motion. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and no unplugging or tampering with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay, and all pets must be declared. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. If you bathe your pet in the shower, collect and dispose of any hair to prevent drain clogs. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for entertainment and remote productivity, ensuring you can work efficiently from home.
