With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a chef's kitchen, you can bring your culinary creativity to life for your friends and family before heading to a game at Wrigley Field. Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis and must include their age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with them in their inquiry. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed, and parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz can be used to secure a spot. Some ambient noise is part of city living. Violations of house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items, and if something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Guest verification may require signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and submitting a selfie matching the ID. Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them. Additional screening is conducted after booking, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined. By completing your reservation, you agree to all policies and rules stated.
