A $250 penalty will be imposed if noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior require a police callout, and the rental will be terminated without refund. Smoking inside the property is prohibited, with a $300 penalty and dismissal from the rental without refund. A $100 penalty will be charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. At checkout, please turn off lights, A/C, water, and stove/gas, and lock the door securely. All penalties will be automatically withdrawn from your booking account.
