The shared heated pool in the backyard is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, with outdoor lounge chairs available for relaxation. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee and a refundable pet deposit required before check-in. Please inform the host about your dog's breed and size. Additional fees may apply for any damages caused by pets. Located in the vibrant city of Fort Lauderdale, known for its beaches and boating canals, this apartment offers a recreation-rich lifestyle. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Security cameras are installed outside for safety, but none point to the pool area. Smoking and drugs are prohibited on the property, and any violation may result in fines. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors between 10 PM and 8 AM. Trash must be properly disposed of, and failure to do so may result in additional fees up to $200. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and stay at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed without prior written agreement. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property, except if firearms are locked in a vehicle. The property accommodates a maximum of two guests at any time. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray as humidity and bugs are common in Florida.
