This townhome sleeps 8 and features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The full kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook and a spacious indoor dining area make it easy to share meals together. A free washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Step outside to a community pool with a slide and a lazy river that wind through the resort. An indoor playground keeps younger guests entertained, while the gym, restaurant/bar, and ice-cream shop offer easy options for a quick snack or a refreshing drink. A small patio off the living room provides intimate outdoor seating for two. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wrist bands for the amenities, whether you use them or not. Located in the beautiful Regal Palms community, the townhome sits just off I-4 and I-192, making trips to Orlando’s attractions and the airport (about 40 minutes away) straightforward. The community amenity center and clubhouse are just steps away, adding extra space for relaxation or gatherings. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
