This property sleeps six, and it features three bedrooms, four beds, and two baths. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, indoor dining area, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Enjoy access to select Reunion Resort community amenities, including pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and shared outdoor spaces across several neighborhoods within the resort. Access requires an RFID card, which is provided during your stay. The oversized wrap-around balcony is a defining feature of the home, providing an inviting spot to sit back, read, or enjoy the breeze at different times of day without leaving the unit. Parking can accommodate up to one vehicle in the driveway. Situated within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the condo places you in a well-known resort community while offering a quiet, residential feel. With shared facilities, green spaces, and walkable paths throughout the area, it is a comfortable base for families or groups looking to combine resort amenities with the ease of an entire rental unit. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Up to one car may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance downtime with remote work when needed.
