Welcome to your luxurious retreat, where every moment is a celebration of comfort and style. Feel at home in this stunning condo, poised elegantly overlooking the 5th hole par 3 of the illustrious Arnold Palmer Signature Course. This condo features three spacious themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a large living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is also a spacious indoor dining area. Parking can accommodate up to one vehicle in the driveway. Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you'll feel right at home enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants, just out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of six guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 AM, and in the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
