The garage includes a sectional couch, day bed with extra pillows, a 65-inch smart TV, a ping-pong table, pickleball (paddles & net), corn hole, 2 kayaks, boogie boards, floating tubes, basketball & volleyball, a full-size fridge, a cooler, and beach essentials. This unit is pet-friendly, and there is a $200 fee per pet. Located in a family-friendly suburban neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and a large backyard, this home offers exclusive access to North Commerce Lake. While the beach/lake is within walking distance, it is recommended to travel by car as it is approximately 1 mile away. Nearby attractions include Richardson Center Nature Trail (6 mins), The Village Grill (3 mins), Union Lake Tap Bar and Grill (11 mins), Hickory Glen Park (7 mins), Bicentennial Park (7 mins), Scenic Boardwalk Outlook (5 mins), and Walmart (14 mins).
