Parking is available with a garage capacity of 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller, and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours, subject to availability. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). A large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) is available for $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older. Guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time $49 fee. All guests 18 and older must provide identification prior to check-in. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Smartphone and app access are required for entry and communication. Includes fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), a dedicated workspace and a 55” 4K Smart TV in the living room, with access to popular streaming platforms where guests may log in with their own accounts.
