It features a spacious living area with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking and chef meals that includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups (starter set), blender, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. A 55” 4K smart TV in the living room provides entertainment, and access to popular streaming platforms is available (guests may log in with their own accounts). The apartment also includes memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, and an in-unit washer and dryer (starter detergent provided). Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only: 1 in Spot #215 (assigned) and 1 in any unmarked space behind or in front of the building, including the last row near Dunn Road. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). A large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) is available for $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning "reset" is available for extended stays for $175. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this apartment is approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, and about 15 minutes from PNC Arena and North Hills. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21+, and guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property, and no luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Includes fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) and a height adjustable standing desk.
