I had been living at Mayfaire Apartments for the past 6 years, and have only just moved out after purchasing my new home. I've been happy to call Mayfaire my first 'home-away-from-home' in the North Raleigh area, and I've enjoyed my experience there. The community is well-maintained and quiet with friendly residents, and the location is ideal for reaching many key areas of Raleigh. Nathalie, Judy, and Broderick have all been very helpful, professional, and exceedingly patient with me, and I can't thank them enough for their assistance over the years. My family and I would all highly recommend considering Mayfaire Apartments as your new residence.

This is the best place to live if you’re looking for a great apartment! I’ve lived here for 6 years and never wanna leave! Nathalie, Broderick, Bill and Judy.. they make sure you are #1.. my AC went out and everything gotten taken care of in a reasonable amount of time!! Very impressed.. Once you move here, you will never wanna leave
