The property is 100% smoke-free, and a $250 fee will be charged for any signs of smoking. The pool area is secured with padlocked screen doors, accessible only by pool cleaning staff once a week. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with fees applicable for unauthorized late check-outs. Guests must provide an email for communication and check-in instructions. The property has regular pest control, but sightings of wildlife or pests are possible due to the Florida location. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty, and pets are not allowed in the pool. Trash must be disposed of properly, with a $100 fee for excessive trash left behind.
