Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Pets are welcome in pet-friendly units with an additional cleaning fee of $250 for one pet plus tax per stay or $150 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Nestled in a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood, Summer Flowers is a charming community located in Kissimmee, Florida. Known for its quiet streets and family-friendly atmosphere, this community offers a relaxing environment while remaining conveniently close to major attractions, shopping centers, schools, and dining options. With easy access to US-192 and just a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and 2 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, Summer Flowers is perfectly situated for its visitors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in at 10 AM or late check-out at 4 PM is available upon request and subject to availability. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to dispose of trash properly, and an additional fee of $100 plus tax will be charged for excessive trash left in the house or overflowing bins. The air conditioning should not be set lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF, and windows and doors should be kept closed to reduce humidity and save energy. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. Includes complimentary Wi-Fi and cable service, providing a remote work-friendly environment.
