The condo has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. There is a no-smoking policy in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
