Located on the second floor, there is a flight of steps to reach the front door, which is located at the back of the home. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, high-speed internet, and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. For your comfort, there are tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle; additional permits are available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect for exploring the area's restaurants and bars on North High Street. The Book Loft of German Village is just around the corner, and the Short North District is a short drive away. Other nearby attractions include the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Arena Stadium, Scioto Audubon Metro Park, and Ohio State University campus. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit; white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels). No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor activity). Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
