This "one-up, one-down" duplex offers complete privacy. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Complimentary toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Pet are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect for exploring the area's rich culture and history. Many restaurants and bars are located on North High Street. The Book Loft of German Village is just around the corner, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium are less than 2 miles away. Scioto Audubon Metro Park and downtown Columbus are also less than 1 mile away. Ohio State University campus is an 8-minute drive, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 12-minute drive. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. The clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for the elderly. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
