Bright and open spaces throughout this soulful home with thoughtful touches inside and out. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and vintage accent furniture, while the third bedroom features a full bed with modern boho decor and great natural light. Enjoy open-concept living with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sofa, and a Netflix-ready Smart TV. The spacious dining area and retro-modern kitchen with a turquoise Northstar stove and custom espresso bar create the perfect morning routine. Outdoor spaces include a fenced backyard with a heated saltwater pool, string lights, and loungers for a relaxing, resort-style experience, as well as a front porch with cozy seating and fan, ideal for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap. Salt & Sol is located in historic Seminole Heights, known for its front porches, towering oaks, and quirky, walkable charm. You’re just blocks from local coffee, boutiques, and breweries, and 10–15 minutes from everything else, including Downtown, Ybor City, Armature Works, Riverwalk, and Raymond James Stadium. With easy access to I-275 and main thoroughfares, everything in Tampa is within reach. Downtown Tampa is 12 minutes away, Raymond James Stadium is 10 minutes away, Busch Gardens is 15 minutes away, Tampa Airport is 18 minutes away, and Clearwater Beach is approximately 40 minutes away. Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Pets are not authorized, and unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fine of $100 per month. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance is part of the stay, and you may see lawn care, pest control, or pool service technicians on site during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. The bungalow offers bright and open spaces ideal for remote work, with natural light and a cozy atmosphere.
