An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on this property, and a fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with prior arrangement. Otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will apply. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, extra charges may apply. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi and an office desk and chair in the bedroom, providing a comfortable space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
