Each unit includes a beach umbrella, beach towels, and two non-reclining, foldable beach chairs for your convenience. Packages can be delivered to the building at a cost of $7.00 per package. A welcome package fee of $75.00 includes one FOB, a lanyard, coupons from the café, and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area. Additional FOBs are available for $30 each. Located just steps from the beautiful Hollywood Beach, the neighborhood surrounding the famous Hollywood Broadwalk offers a lively and relaxing coastal atmosphere. Stretching along 2.5 miles of beachfront, the Broadwalk is lined with charming cafes, unique shops, and outdoor dining options, perfect for soaking in ocean views while enjoying local flavors. This area is ideal for those who love outdoor activities, with opportunities for walking, biking, or rollerblading along the Broadwalk. The pristine beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Family-friendly parks, playgrounds, and green spaces are just a short walk away, providing options for all ages. Evenings here come alive with live music and entertainment from local venues, making it a great destination for a fun and relaxing stay by the beach. The property includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. Each floor has a shared laundry room maintained by the building, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, available at a cost of $2.50 per load. A laptop computer is not included. All guests need to sign the vacation rental agreement.
