Newly built, you’ll feel right at home with all the modern amenities and conveniences you need. Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room (with a chaise/sofa sectional), large bathroom (and half bath), and bedroom featuring a queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, central AC, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils. This is a dog-friendly unit for an additional $262 fee per stay. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. Take the train from the local Solana Beach station to Downtown or rent a car and see the sights in San Diego County via the I-5 freeway! The couch is not a pull-out. A 3-person occupancy is ideal for 2 adults and an infant or toddler. Guests may use the driveway to load/unload but should park on the street moving forward. For remote work, it is always recommended having a hot spot as service interruptions and outages can't be controlled. The Wi-Fi, while strong, is meant for casual browsing and some streaming and is not intended for heavy, multiple device usage. This property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors and families all around, so expect the normal amount of family "noise" as you would from any other suburban neighborhood. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No cats are permitted. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
