It sleeps five, with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other room featuring a queen bed on the bottom and a Twin XL on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped, and additional amenities include a sound machine for light sleepers, an outdoor shower, and a shared washer and dryer. The property offers two parking spaces in the driveway for your convenience. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, just 8 blocks from the famous Belmont Park and roller coaster, this home is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment. The best part is that it is situated just a few steps from both the beach and the bay. To one side, you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the bay with paddle boarding or simply laying out in the sand with a good book. To the other side, grab a surfboard and head to the ocean for some San Diego surfing. Both sides offer miles of boardwalk, perfect for walking, running, or biking. San Diego's coastline offers endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with attractions like Mission Bay, La Jolla Shores Beach, SeaWorld San Diego, Balboa Park, and the Gaslamp Quarter all within easy reach. Occupants exceeding five will not be permitted to stay overnight, including children and infants. No more than two guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. If guests stay beyond this limit, a charge of $300 per person will be applied. For your safety, there are outdoor cameras on the front door driveway, back door, and inside the garage laundry area entrances of the property. No pets are allowed. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Please remove all trash and run the dishwasher before check-out.
