This comfortable suite has everything you need. It features a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster, as well as a washer and dryer. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night and a travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet per night. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award-winning interior designer. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee.
