Welcome to your perfect Sandusky getaway! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is your ideal home away from home. Located just minutes from all of Sandusky's major attractions, including 5 minutes from Cedar Point, 10 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge, and 15 minutes from Kalahari, this is the perfect spot for thrill-seekers and families alike. Inside, you’ll find a modern and stylish interior, recently remodeled and professionally designed, with all the comforts you need. The home features four beautifully decorated bedrooms, two with cozy queen beds and two additional bedrooms with comfortable full beds, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The three full bathrooms are clean, modern, and fully stocked for your stay. The cozy living area invites you to relax with comfortable seating and a large TV, while the outdoor space provides a backyard perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This Sandusky retreat is perfect for groups or families, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
