The entire experience has been great! Monica has been very helpful and forthright with all of the information we needed to make sure our experience was great! We're very excited to be back in a Redwood property! Monica had the new unit spotless and ready for us to move in. My wife is very specific about cleanliness, it was very nice to not have to clean before we moved in. Thanks again for the great experience Monica!
