Avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and recuperate in a quiet neighborhood, while still being very close to downtown Dallas, the airport, and many exciting attractions. This palatial estate is a true gem with tons of unique features and endless options for entertainment. The home has two living areas, one with a stone fireplace and French doors leading to the backyard, and the other opening to the kitchen with a foosball table and an even more stunning fireplace. The bright open kitchen is fully equipped with a wet bar, walk-in pantry, stainless-steel appliances including a dual oven, and a cute breakfast area. There are 5 spacious bedrooms furnished with awesome furniture, décor, and accessories. The comfy beds are outfitted with lavish linens. The 3.5 bathrooms are all unique and huge with tons of vanities. In addition, you’ll also have your very own laundry room. The lush private backyard is fully fenced in with gorgeous landscaping, a grill, a long patio table with seating, lounge chairs beside the pool, and a relaxing hammock. Please note that the spa heating element and jets are inoperable. EV charging outlet available in the garage. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). This vacation home is in Far North Dallas, less than 20 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas, and a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. You’ll be just 11 minutes from Eisemann Center, 20 minutes from the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park, and 15 minutes from Adventure Landing Dallas. AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Over Texas are around 25 minutes away. For shopping, The Galleria Dallas is 5 minutes away, and The Toyota Music Factory, Lake Carolyn, and the Mandalay Canal walk are 17 minutes away. Prairie Creek Park and Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center are less than 15 minutes away. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in/checkout time is 4pm/10am. The neighborhood is a quiet one and requires no loud music after 7pm. There is a full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. This home has a noise alert device that measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The maximum number of cars allowed are 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended.
