Electric vehicle charging stations are available for added convenience. Located just one block from the vibrant India Street, you'll have easy access to top-notch bars, restaurants, and cafés. Stroll a few blocks west to the Bay or explore the best of Little Italy's boutiques, art galleries, and iconic spots like Extraordinary Desserts. Transit is available within a few blocks. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person per night if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge. There is a $100 fee for unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks. Unlawful use of our home, such as illegal activities or substances, incurs a $500 fee per instance. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi is available for remote productivity.
