We lived at Shift for 3 years and recently moved out for a job opportunity but have to say that living in our home there in San Diego was some of our best memories. The view from our 2 bedroom 2 bath on the SW corner was absolutely perfect of the bay, Coronado bridge and the city. We saw the most stunning sunsets from there too. You can’t beat the space and overall size for the money in East Village. The primary fit our king size bed and we loved designing our space. Our guest room / home office was huge! The apartment had so many features you can’t find anywhere else like electric shades in the bedroom, a window in the shower to enjoy the view, dual flush toilets, built-in closet systems and more. We even customized it a bit with decor like a floating island, new 12”shower head, black handles, and soft close drawers that made the high-end apartment a home. We searched the entire city for an apartment like this but couldn’t find a unique layout like ours in Little Italy even. Our parking was a dream and super easy too! I have to give a huge shout out to Bryan, the regional manager. I know I’m particular but he always went above and beyond to assist us and keep Shift a 5 star experience. Thanks for all you did for us and all the attention to detail. We appreciate you a lot! You never know, maybe we would even move back and miss SD a lot! Thanks, Will & Michael

I recently moved out because I was leaving the area, but I lived at Shift for almost 3 years. The apartment life team (Morgan and Emma) were the highlight of my experience! It’s what I miss the most, their events and welcoming environment they have created there. (My balcony patio was pretty nice too). From the first weekend I moved in and attended their Floatopia event, to virtual game and movie nights, to food trucks, and pumpkin painting I have been constantly impressed with their creativity!! Keep up the good work! What you do matters to the residents!
